> What is the receipt time of a product for a delivery by e-mail?

Beyond the availability of the product, the delivery periods depend on the method of payment selected as well as on the delivery service:

1. You paid by credit card: the delivery periods depend on of the delivery service. Generally, 48 or 72 hours maximum (in working days) by colissimo and in the case  where you chose the normal mode, it will be necessary to count between 4 and 6 working days at most.

2. If you chose another means of payment (check or mandate), the delivery is made as indicated above from receipt of the payment. We shall confirm by e-mail the good receipt of your payment.

> How may I follow the evolution of my order?

The delivery of the product is followed up by the post office and we shall inform you about  evolution of your order which you find in " My account ". So, we shall indicate to you by e-mail when the order will have been passed on in our distribution centre then from the started of the expedition.

For products delivered by colissimo, you have the possibility of following your order on the Web site of the post office, by using your number of individual follow-up which will have been indicated to you in the confirmation of expedition sent by e-mail.

You will also find your number of follow-up in the outline of the order in " My account " in your private space.
