> What are the data which I can find in " My account "?

You will find details concerning your orders and your user account. You can consult the status of your order, print your invoice and modify your user data, you find the following rubrics:

My account:

A. See or modify the data of my account,

B. See or modify the data of my contacts,

C. Modify the password of my account.

My orders:

E. See the orders that I passed.

Notification by mail:

F. Register or cancel the receipt of the newsletter,

G. See or modify the list of notification of products.

> Identification and forgotten password?

You can get back your data by clicking on " My account ", then in the frame " member Customer " click the link " forgotten Password ". Please, type in this place the electronic address which you used for the address of invoicing of your order, then click the button "Continuation". Some moments later, you will receive by e-mail your identifier sent to this address. For security reasons, we ask you to redefine a new password for this identification.

If, during the process of order, you have the possibility of connecting you as existing customer, you can consult your data by clicking the link « See or modify the data of my account ».

> What importance for my account (Identification and password)?

Every order treated by Thibêne is strictly connected to a user account. Every user account is the only one and exclusive. An only one identification and a password are associated to every user account. For the regular customers, the identification comes always from the electronic address, which must be typed in the field "identification".

Your user data are important for you in two consideration:

1. They are used to your identification in the security rubric " My account ", in which you can see on-line the data relative to your orde and your account.

2. During your next purchases, they will allow you to place your orders more quickly and more easily.

It happens that several user accounts are created for the same customer. This occurs when a customer account already exists but when it is not used for a new order. By default, our system proposes to the customers, who have already placed an order, an option " member customer ". This option allows you to authenticate by means of your identifier and of your password, so as to avoid you typing again your particulars data.

In the case where you would have created two accounts, for technical reasons but also contractual reasons, it is not possible to merge these two customer accounts.

These data will be useful only for internal use, during mailing Thibêne, for example.

Absolutely not

> Does my number of credit card circulate in clear on Internet?

Our banking group “BNP” as our PayPal system are secured, the number of your credit card does not thus circulate on Internet in clear.
