Latin name: Laurus nobilis
Origin: Albania
Distilled part: Leaves
Botanical family: Lauraceae
Main constituents: 1,8 cinéol, alpha terpineol, linalol, sabinene, alpha pinene.
Uses: bactericidal, antiviral, antimycosis, respiratory and viral  diseases.
Recommendations: flu, cold, gastro, mouth pains and wounds in the mouth (but allergies risks), skin.
Action on the psyche: This oil soothes and regulates the nervous system.
User manual: bath, massage, friction, unction and diffuser.
Contra-indications: This oil should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding or nursing women, to the children of less than 10 years. Avoid the contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep this oil out of reach of children.
You can mix it with a little vegetable oil for an external use.
Cautions: allergies  risks.
