Latin name: Picea mariana
Origin: Canada
Distilled part: Needles
Botanical family: Pinaceae
Main constituents: Bornyl acetate, camphene, alpha pinene, delta 3-carene.
Uses: antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, expectorant. This oil can be used to reduce cough.
Recommendations: Bronchitis, exhaustion, sinusitis, acne, eczema, intestinal and cutaneous mycosis, anti-cough.
Action on the psyche: Back spruce essential oil cleanses.
User manual: Bath massage, friction, unction, diffuser. 

Contra-indications: This oil should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding or nursing women and to the children of less than 10 years. Avoid the contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep this oil out of reach of children.
