Latin name: Matricaria chamomilla
Origin: Nepal
Distilled part: Flower head
Botanical family: Asteraceae
Main constituents: Alpha Bisabolol, Trans Beta and Alpha Farnesene, Chamazulene.
Uses: eczema, inflammation, cramps.
Recommendations: German Chamomile has relaxing and anti inflammatory virtues both on internal and external plan. It also acts as muscular relaxant, it is soothing also cutaneous problems in the case of burns, sunstrokes, itches etc.... It calms down the irritations of the skin, and it is also healing.
Action on the psyche: Its properties affects the periphical nerves and muscles, so it relaxes the entire body. It calms the physical body as well as the soul.
User manual: Massage, friction, unction, bath and diffuser.
Contra-indications: This oil should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding or nursing women and to the children of less than 6 years. Avoid the contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep this oil out of reach of children. |
