In cookery:
Mixed in vegetable oil, essential oil and essences become much easier to use in the cookery. It is more convenient to manipulate them under this shape.
Most adapt very well some sweet olive oil on the other hand for desserts which ask for a lot of sharpness, we can try rather to find an oil vegetable as that of the sweet almond (you should not have to make warm).
Orange essential oil adds in small quantity, which count in drops. The essence of orange brings a flavor which divides up in a uniform way in any preparation from the moment when it is incorporated on an oily or sweet support (it is the case of all the mixtures for cakes, clafoutis, pancakes, sauces with vegetable oil and yoghourt).
The flavor of the orange is present in depth, it is the flavor of the pure peel which shows itself in the tasting of a perfumed dessert in the essence of mandarin. According to the harvest, the region of origin, it will have its characteristics and this aroma mandarin is as a continuation, the essence restores an intensity which we generally perceived in a escaped way as we scratch the bark.
Our advice:
Generally, count 1 drop by portion (person) or 2 drops for more steady flavors.
In the form of essential oil the concentration is such as the aromatic notes are more complex, the flavor is denser, more colored. A drop added in a cake gives a tasting which flies away, the flavor of the essential oil modulates as the preparation is cold or warm, it is growing and opens more olfactive doors.
