Uses: Analgesic, digestive, tonic. Antiseptic, antispasmodic, bactericidal, carminative, depurative, stimulating. Cookery: Begin with essential oil in cookery Fragrant oil Choose an essential oil of rosemary, tarragon, basil or coriander and add 4 to 6 drops of one of this oil in a liter of olive oil, argan, carthame or sesame. So flavored, you can use it in your salads or in your dishes. You can then modulate this taste or add the other essential oil but we advise you no more than 20 drops by1 / 2 liter.
