Latin name: Mentha piperita
Origin: Hungary
Distilled part: Plant tops

Botanical family: Labiatae
Main constituents: Menthol, menthone, isomenthone, 1.8 cineol, menthyl acetate.
Uses: Calm down the pain, relaxing. This oil improves bronchial tubes secretion. It acts to ease congestion and digestive problems, it regulates digestion in the case of indigestion.
Recommendations: Digestive problems, slow digestion, indigestion, reflux, flatulences, sicknesses, vomits, evil of transport, bad breath. Joints and muscular pains. Headaches, neuralgia.
Action on the psyche: Peppermint favors the light and the liveliness.
User manual: Massage, friction, unction and diffuser.
Contra-indications: This oil is very concentrated, you should always use in dilution. Do not apply this essential oil in topic use to the children, notably near the nose and the respiratory tracts. This oil should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding or nursing women, to the children of less than 10 years, and in case of gallstones or at the epileptic persons. Avoid the contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep this oil out of reach of children.
